It was a rainy day.
We had to go to Jiufen, 九份老街 and Shifen, 十份 as we had already booked a driver.
The first stop was Jiufen. Although very early and not all shops are open,
its better to go early as it will get very crowded from late morning.
Our little one was very cold because of the rain.
Narrow winding streets are the main features of Jiufen shopping street.

It's actually an open waterfall along the road side.
