4Jun Bay East (revisit)

Beckie was to see the curve breakwater, so we were here.

While the sun was rising, we can see a thunderstorm heading our way.

So we can only see a slit of sunshine and lots of heavy clouds

We arrived at Marina Barrage just as the rain started

Enjoying our healthy breakfast while it rained

After breakfast, we explored around the Barrage until the rain stopped

 

Beckie told me there is a coffee shop along East Coast Rd she wanted to go to,

I immediately guess it is CMC

Google searched and found a direct bus from Promenade to CMC

Took bus 36, and we arrived in less than 20 mins.

And so, we were exploring the area ahead of the Joo Chiat/Katong trip 1 week later 😉

There was a short queue as we arrived.

Mr T was in the area, so we met up with him for lunch

And our cute Beckie has a new pastime - collecting fighting fish
