1-Dec Sunday morning walked from home to Waterway Point

Started to feel itchy back 2 days later, after yoga class.

(Still not aware I have shingles) on leave on a Thursday afternoon for a party.

Thank you BFFs. 😘

Dinner

Mc on the next day after went to see doc for itchy back. Diagnosed with Shingles.

Brought baby for her day surgery on 11 Dec.

14 Dec. Thank you fam.

Looking tired due to down with flu

Ate too much, evening walk/cycle w them.

21 Dec, Sat dim sum breakfast w fam

28 Dec w CGSS short of Juan

Cycled around while waiting for Whisk & Paddle open at 9am
