Date of visit: 11 October 2015 (Re-opening day is 10 October 2015)
Location: Situated near Ponggol end. There are 2 entrances to the island, linked by linkway, one is found in Ponggol (left on map). And the other another linkway is near to Lorong Halus jetty (right on map).
Andy, Yong Keng and I were on our usual morning cycling trips. Andy mentioned that Coney island opened the day before and we decided to make a trip there since we will pass by it. It's a small island, and we took 45 mins or less to complete the island even though we stopped many times for photos.

At Lorong halus entrance
Precautions to take while cycling at Coney Island: Spray lots of mosquito repellent and wear long pants. And try not to stop too long at a spot as there are many sand flies, especially at the beach area.
