Day 1: Myeongdong

We were friends since primary school, the 3 musketeers. Since months before, we have been talking about going on our first trip abroad.. and suddenly one of us just said.. "Let's just plan a trip to Korea!".. and everyone said "Yes!". Tickets from SQ (lowest return-trip promotion rate at the time of booking) were booked and 5 nights stay with Skypark 3 Myeong-dong booked, we were ready for the 3 musketeer's virgin trip to Seoul.

As we had taken the overnight flight the night before, hence it was expected we will be tired and sleepy on day one. So the plan was only to spend the day exploring Myeong-dong..which is the area near our hotel.

 

The first stop was to M Plaza, where we need to make a reservation for the free Hanbok experience at Seoul Cultural Exchange and Tourism Information Centre. We were asked to leave our names and go back around 12.30noon. After leaving our names, we headed for our first lunch venue in Seoul.

Evening was spent at Lotte department store.. no photos were taken as it was crowded and we were busy shopping for cosmetics.
