Day 5 - Changdeokgung & secret garden, Back to MD

Good beautiful morning!!

The uncle owner cooked abalone porridge for us for breakfast

It was soon time to leave as we rented hanboks to wear while visiting Changdeokgung

Just round this corner

Walk straight to the end, turn to the left and we see Dorothy Hanbok

The kids were cold even though they have the fur jackets

Changdeokgung was a royal villa built after Gyeongbokgung.

There is a secret rear garden with a a gigantic tree that is over 300 years old.

We were here to visit the garden.

We had to wait till 1130 am for our reserved session

Making our way to return our clothes after the tour.

The mother and daughter that were in our tour turned out to be employee of Dorothy Hanbok.

So hungry already, we searched around the Angguk area and found something nice

We are glad we found a nice lunch place.

Next, heading back to Bukchon house to collect our bag

As expected, the kittens were tired from walking, we decided to rest at the cafe,

and we can take taxi to our hotel later on.

At the main road, managed to grab a cab.

Heading back to our hotel in Myeongdong.

A normal room this time. We gonna stay here for the rest of 6 nights

Took a rest and on our way to one destination, then we will rest for the night.

About 20 mins bus ride

Beautiful

Got to get a ticket and queue to get up the observatory even though we bought tickets.

It was like more than 40 mins wait till our turn.

Not that we miss home, but we were 4,653.97 km away..

Heading down to level 1 to search for dinner place.

The lift was too crowded so we took the stairs.

Yesh, it is time to try this!

Took 01A to bus stop nearest Seoul station. Then take 1 stop to Seoul station.

Last but not least, Lotte Mart for shop, shop, shop!
