Artis - opposite Sukhumvit Suites, for breakfast

We will be heading to Wat Arun in the morning.
Take the Sukhumvit blue line to Sanam Chai, and then change to boat to get to Wat Arun.

On the way to Pak Klong Taladd (flower market) N6 pier for Chaopraya express,
just few mins walk from the train station.

Photo taken while waiting for the boat.
Aiyo..so vain leh..but pretty la. Can become a model.

60 baht for a trip - only one stop to get to Wat Arun

That's our boat

Arrived within minutes.

Buy tickets before entering - fee: 50 Baht

That's the Grand Palace on the other side of the river bank.

Hey, can you spot me?

We were on the way again. Heading to Yaowarat.

Grabbed to our destination

First stop was our lunch venue - 龙头
We heard there is always long queue to eat here,
hence, we planned to get a number first and go for some snacks.

Taosa piah

On the next street from 龙头,
another place with long queue - Ba Hao Tian Mi, for desserts

The dessert looks ordinary on the outside, but there are surprises within. Yum!

We did a takeaway too, as the sesame dessert was too delicious to eat only one helping.

We found this Qing Teng store on the same street as 龙头.

Back to 龙头, its been 2 looong hours, and its still not our turn!?!

Finally, we entered after slightly over 2 hours of waiting.
The place is small, but they have very unique interior design, where you can sit on the 2nd level.

Not many dishes in their menu, we ordered dimsum set and porridge set.

Headed back for a nap in the afternoon.
In the evening, we were out again.

Foot massage after a tiring day.
