Chose to visit USJ on a Wednesday as it was supposed

to be not as crowded as the other days. It was also because I could only

purchase timed-entry tickets to Mario world for Wednesdays from Klook.

However, the opening time stated on the website was quite late, at 930am.

We left home by 730am and planned to arrive in USJ an hour before opening time as the gates will open early if it gets crowded.

Managed to take the direct JR rapid train to Osaka (instead of 2 trains),

and then crossed over to the platform for Osaka loop line to get directly to Universal City.

Did not look very pack, but still a lot of people at the train station.

The gates were opened and the queues were already long at 830am!

Managed to enter before 9am

We bought the "Timed Entry ticket" to Mario world, hence, the first world we headed for 

was Wizarding world

And bought the Tim popcorn my gal was eyeing.

Our first ride - Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey - only 15mins wait

They don't allow photos in the ride area. We were out in 5 mins

Universal Wonderland next

Kitty was not open yet

I wanted to take the Moppy's Balloon Trip

Again cameras were not allowed and I got announced for taking this

We decided to have brunch in case it gets crowded later

Just in time for the No Limit Parade. We found a shady spot.

Had time for a show, just before collecting the Timed entry tickets at the annual pass centre.

Queue was too long at the Doraemon

Took the Spidy ride since the queued happened to be short.

Also read online that this ride is going to close down in 2024.

Yoshi's next

It started to rain heavily just as we were out in the open during Yoshi's ride.. 

The good thing was nobody was there to stop us from taking videos and photos.. 😂

Due to the thunderstorm, we were not allowed to exit Mario's world for a while.

We got hungry but could not find a place to have snacks as the Mario cafe which only open back at 4pm had a snake long queue, while the Jurassic cafe closed at 4pm, just as we arrived.

The Jaws cart reopened just as the rain became lighter.

Just as all the worlds reopened, we hurried to Minion park hoping to get a shorter queue for the ride.

Very glad we did all the rides I wanted and watched a parade.

So let gal choose the dinner place.

Hurry! As most restaurants close by 7pm, and USJ will close at 730pm.

Almost 8pm and the doors were not closing yet

Cannot bear to leave.

We ended the day with 6 rides, 1 parade and a show. We also managed to eat 2 meals, a snack and bought lots of souvenirs!! 😁

We weren't home too late, it was ~930pm as we arrived.
