Thank you J and Mei for organising and bringing me.
We joined this English speaking 8 days land tour with a local tour agency in Tibet.
There are other people who also joined from elsewhere.

Flying off on time by 235pm
Day 1 sees us arriving in 重庆.
We were staying over for a night before catching another plane the next morning for 拉萨.
As we only had a short night, it seemed practical to stay nearby the airport.
In just 30 mins drive from the airport, we were able to reach 洪崖洞 and stay for the night.
Our travel permit for Tibet had already been couriered to the hotel for us to pick up.
Arrived in 重庆 on time by 730pm
By 830pm, we were on our way from the airport.
和颐酒店 (Yitel hotel) starts from level 3 of this building
Nice view from our hotel, and we did not realise then that 洪崖洞 was underneath.
洪崖洞 is a 11-storey stilt-building.
The lights will illuminate the complex from around 6 o'clock and lights out at 10 o'clock every day.
Our hotel is situated above 洪崖洞, so, to get a good view of the building, we have to climb down 11 storeys to be in front of it, or/and cross a road opposite for an even better view.
At 945pm, we found the way to get down to the bottom.
As it was turning summer, the nights were at 28 degrees now, we were already dripping sweat by the time we reached the bottom. Along the way, I was already dreading the climb down, hating the fact that we had to climb back the 11 storeys to go back to our hotel later on.😩

We were looking for snacks, but all we found was hotpot.
In the end, we ate ice cream, to cool ourselves down.
We wondered what these pretty-looking fruits were.
