Breakfast time at Lawson.
It was cycle-around-Kyoto-in-a-day day. We booked 5 mini velos 3 weeks in advance from Kyoto Cycling Tour Project, which is walking distance from our Airbnb. Collection time was 9am, and we need to return the bicycles by 6pm.

Here's our route for the day:
Kyoto Cycling Tour Project -> Kyoto Railway Museum -> Nijo Castle -> Menbakaichidai Fire Ramen (lunch) -> Heian shrine -> Gion Shirakawa -> park the Bike -> Higayashi street -> Star Bucks café/ Kitty café -> Kiyomizudera -> Kyoto Cycling Tour Project

Nijo-jo

It's fiery lunch time! We were the first in the queue..🔥

Itadakimasu!
The noodles look normal, however, it tasted quite good with a burnt taste after the fire.

On way to Heian shrine

Gion Shirakawa, we are getting near to Higayashi street.

Obviously, the rickshaw guys in Kyoto made Jean go gaga..

Hōkanji Temple

Finally arrived at Kiyomizudera, but we might not have time to enter as we also wanted to have tea at either starbucks or kitty café. The higashiyama shopping street to Kiyo was usually crowded.

Starbucks was packed, hence, we settled for kitty café.

Dinner at Kyoto station basement.

Loots for the day.
