22~28 Oct2014 Day 7 - Asakusa; Home

DAY 7 - ASAKUSA, SAYOUNARA

The visit to Sensoji Temple was kept till our final day because there was only half a day left in Tokyo before bidding goodbye to Japan..
We decided to explore the streets near Sensoji for breakfast. And stopped in front of this seafood shop. Very few shops are opened at 9 am in the morning, so we thought might as well just try it.
We ordered the yakisoba and seafood pancake. Surprisingly, the food tasted very good. It's a pity we have forgotten to take down the name of the restaurant.

We arrived at Nakamise shopping street

That's the 2nd gate.

It's so bright that we are like glowing under the sun.

Sensoji Temple

 Within the temple

Monk's shoes behind one of the Kaminarimon.

We get to take a group photo at the Kaminarimon (First main entrance)

Rickshaw puller saying "Hi", hoping to get business.

With still time to spare, we decide to shop at Matsuya and also have our lunch there.

Took lunch at 66 Dining @ level 6. We are able to have a good view of Skytree from the window.
Plus the food's good too!

Then it is time to say goodbye.
